Jamie at Jamie Cooks It Up, gives great directions here. I have some pointers to add.
- My dough was really sticky after mixing it up I would stick it in the refrigerator for a few minutes.
- I used half as much white chocolate as she suggests to drizzle.
- These cookies are best warm but they are also really good the next day if you heat them up for 12 seconds in the microwave so the caramel is gooey again :)
